Bay Area Bottles utilizes manufactures that incorporate multiple lines of efficient, high speed, cap lining equipment. Current tooling allows us to line a wide variety of closure sizes ranging from 13mm to 120mm.
We offer tri-tab configurations for popular sizes such as 24mm, 28mm,38mm, and 43mm. A quick turnaround time for new tooling sizes allows us to add specific liner sizes in a timely fashion.
We have access to a variety of lining materials from all major material manufacturers; pressure sensitive, easy-peel-induction, and Lift-n-Peel. Material specifications and MSDS sheets are available by contacting us.

Just let us know what type of container you are sealing to and we will get you what you need. If you need a specific liner we don’t have in stock, we can get it coming for you in a quick turnaround time frame. Spec Sheets and MSDS Sheets are available upon request.
