This cap is a 45-400 CRC cap with a Heat Induction Liner inside of the cap. Child resistant caps are used on containers that store gummies, supplements, pills and other health related products. This cap uses mechanisms that make it more difficult for children to open a container.

These caps can be lined with many liners including an HS (heat induction) liner. The HS liner is an added measure making for additional safety and it also offers an air tight seal. In addition, the HS liner offer tamper evidence as the customer will need to remove this liner before use. The HS liners offered in these CRC caps can be a universal liner that will seal to all materials with varying degrees of adhesion, or it can be material specific like PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), PP (Polypropylene), PE (Polyethylene) or glass.

Different types of CRC caps utilize different cap designs. The most popular is the Push Down and Turn style and pictorial. These caps utilize the push down and turn function. They are labeled with either text for the customer to read or a picture (often referred to as pictorial). These options show the customer how to open the cap.
