Disc caps are one style of dispensing caps that are ideal for dispensing health and beauty products like shampoo, conditioner, lotions, creams, other personal care products as well as cleaning products and pet care products.

What is a disc cap?

Although commonly referred to as disc top caps, they are also called press top caps. To dispense the product from the cap, you press down on one side of the cap and the other side opens upward. Disc caps are produced with different orifice sizes based on the viscosity of the product being dispensed. Orifice sizes range from .110” to 0.309”.

The DC-10032 is a Black 24-410 smooth black disc cap and is stocked with a Heat induction liner, or HS liner. Heat induction liners can be universal, meaning it can be used with all container materials with varying degrees of adhesion. These caps can also be lined with HS liners specific to PET, PE or Glass. These caps are also made in a ribbed finish if needed. The first number in the neck finish is the diameter of the containers opening and the second number in the neck finish refers to the thread, style and depth of the closure. Stock colors are black, white and natural.

Can other colors be produced other than the stock colors?

Yes. While these are produced in stock colors (black, white and natural), any color can be produced. Our customers can provide a Pantone number and we will match that and produce that color. This allows for a brand to create a unique disc cap to accompany their product, label and bottle.
